1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Expected delivery times for US orders is between 5-9 business days which includes processing time of about 1-2 days. International orders take longer from 5-10 business days.

Note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

    2. Do you ship internationally?
    We currently ship to 4 countries outside the United States: Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Please allow extra time for customs clearance. International shipping rates and taxes vary based on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

    3. Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package via the shipping carrier’s website.

    4. What is your return/exchange policy?
    We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please see our return policy page for more info.

    5. How do I care for my jewelry?
    To keep your necklace looking its best, we recommend the following care tips:

    • Store in a cool, dry place
    • Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals
    • Clean with a soft cloth after wearing

    6. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
    • PayPal
    • Apple Pay, AMEX, etc.

    7. What does your lifetime warranty policy consist of?

    Our Lifetime Warranty protects against:

    • Manufacturing defects in the jewelry’s materials or craftsmanship.
    • Damage to the structural integrity of the jewelry under normal wear and tear.

    What’s Not Covered?

    The warranty does not cover:

    • The box or message card.
    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., scratches, dents, or improper care).
    • Lost items.
    • Normal wear and tear, such as tarnishing, fading, or minor scratches.
