Our jewelries are made from premium stainless steel and coated with 18k gold using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD).

3. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
All our jewelries are made with 316L stainless steel. This premium jewelry is considered safe to use for those with sensitive skin and allergies.
4. Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
Nope — you'll never be charged any additional customs duties or taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price. No surprises, no hidden fees. We’ve got you covered!
5. What does the Lifetime Color Warranty cover?
We craft every piece of jewelry to hold not just beauty, but memories. That’s why we offer our Lifetime Color Warranty — so your special moments shine for years to come.
If you notice any fading or discoloration in the gold or silver finish, you’re covered. Simply reach out to us, and once your claim is approved, we’ll offer you a replacement or store credit.
Gifted items are eligible for store credit only, based on the final discounted price at checkout.
Please remember to keep your damaged item, as it may be needed for future claims. Only items purchased directly from radiantmemories.store are eligible for coverage. Free gifts and mystery products are not included under this warranty. Radiant Memories reserves the right to decline claims that fall outside our warranty terms.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Process time takes an extra day.
Note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays. Also, living in a remote location with limited carrier services can delay your order by 1-2 weeks.
7. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand and most EU countries. Please allow extra time for customs clearance.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package via the shipping carrier’s website.
9. What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please see our return policy page for more info.
10. How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your necklace looking its best, we recommend the following care tips:
